Pick late night flight arrivals (my opinion). It also benefits you because it gets you up and walking to the toilet. When you think you have had enough, drink some more. Some say no caffeine, however, I like my coffee. I'm always shocked how much people drink when flying. Even when flying first class where the booze flows just say no. I don't have jet-snag issues in general, but on longer trips it can affect some people.
